I lay awake at bed, those mysterious die appear to be holding a secret. Like a code just waiting to be uncovered. BRIIIIIIIIINNNNNGGGG BBBRRRIIINNNG!!! My alarm started to go off and I am left wandering while getting ready aimlessly. I took twice as long to get to school and I haven’t realized that I forgot my homework and was carrying an empty backpack. I quickly rushed to my locker and raced off to class. Never realizing that Van Doom, Wolf Larson, and the Dungeon Master were actually in my class till now. I thought about sitting near them but decided against it; I felt like they were giving me nasty looks but decided that I was imagining things. I started doodling on my paper, before I knew it, class was over. “Hey man,” I turned around …show more content…
I opened my locker after failing to put in the combination the first time, I saw a note has fallen out. “Meet us in the gym- Mark, Chase, Brandon” I quickly closed my locker and headed to the gym. I saw the guys in the east side near the basketball nets. “Let’s play a little game of basketball, no rules, no teams.” Smirked Chase. I wasn’t athletic but played anyway. The game lasted for 12 minutes. I started off with the ball but Brandon tripped me and earned a basket. We decided to reset with the ball in my possession, the ball was taken away from me with a body check. The 12 mins went on just like this. The game ended with me having a bloody nose, a few bruises on the face and a painful torso. I went to shake hands but they were all laughing and pointing at me. I went home and decided to take a long hot shower to ease off the pain before going to Brady’s …show more content…
“Guys I have enough money to bring Maximus back from the dead.” “You can’t do that, I’m the Dungeon Master and I raised the price by $10 000 gems.” Smirked Chase. “Oh c’mon, Van Doom and I will combine our gems.” “Are you dumb!!! If you pay for this loser’s resurrection, you will eliminate yourself from the game!” “Eliminate!? ELIMINATE!! There is no such rule!!” Brady was so frustrated; he threw the die against the wall and they landed with a soft but load thump. “I am the master, the game maker, I make the rules, I have power and you are no one!” exclaimed Chase is a very challenging way. It was very clear that Brady was bothered by what he just said, his face was so pale, like his soul just left his presence. He opened his mouth about to saying something, but no word came out and he looked like a gaping goldfish. With a sharp intake of air, he fell to the floor with a dead like thump. I rushed over to him, disbelief washed over me as I try to find a heartbeat. “What are you standing around for!? Does this look like a movie to you? Go call an ambulance!!!” I panickly screamed. Surprisingly, Brandon was the first person to move and reach for his cellphone, clumsly dialing

The other team decided to put Nick in net because he isn't a very skillful hockey player and he could cause goalies if he was out. Since my hand was spraying blood and I was sitting out they asked me to drop the ball for the starting face-off of the game. Without me, my team was at a disadvantage because the other team already had one extra player and without me they now have two. The game started out very badly for my team, right off of the face off the other team scored a 200-foot bottom corner shot. But my team came charging right back down the road as the fans were chanting my name, but I had to let them down because the injury was not any better and I would not be able to dangle.…
