I received a notification on Twitter from a boy I did not know. As I could see from his profile picture his physical appearance sparked my attention. I needed a striking outfit perfect for that first impression. I stood up peering in my closet where I saw plenty of options. I picked out my favorite sleek, black, shiny leather jacket with silver embellishments. I then paired that with my tight fitting, black and white, spandex, patterned leggings that showed off the curves of my body. The Outfit gave me a boost of confidence, but it needed a few extra touches. The eye contact really connected us, I would find myself often lost in his baby-blue eyes. They were better in person than any picture online. His voice was appealing and assertive, always having a question for me or a story to tell. As time carried on and we kept chatting about our family’s, our lives, and our hobbies, we ended up sharing a few laughs and I finally saw his inviting smile, it gave me insight.
