Working out for the purpose of losing weight, or staying in shape, has taken on many forms. Of course there has always been the gym. Many people don’t have time to go to a gym. Sometimes a gym membership is too expensive. Lastly, a gym can be an intimidating place. Thankfully, we have in-home options that will allow us to workout in the comfort and privacy of our homes.

The most popular home workout machine is the exercise bike. It allows the rider to control the duration and intensity of their workout. Many exercise bikes are now portable. They can be folded up after the workout and put away. Now comes an even more convenient option, the peddler exercise bike.
