We will hire a supervisor to run the program in accordance with Trine’s hiring policy. The first step would be to hire the supervisor who would be in charge of the program and most importantly be in charge of the mentors. This is required not only to make sure everything runs smoothly but to act as a bridge between the staff and the mentors and mentees. Mentors and supervisors will be paid in accordance with Trine payment conventions.
A system of occasional meetings with a supervisor as well as the supervisor sitting in on meetings occasionally to make sure the mentors are doing their job in a satisfactory way.
Exit surveys and talks with the supervisor will be set up to allow for changes to the mentoring program over time.
Supervisor opens the application process to the next year of mentors and will use the comments and ideas to help improve the program so that it can change and adapt to better suit the needs of Trine
