Discussion #3 My stress techniques are to exercise with dance, a playing music instrument and meditation. When I dance my goes blank and only focus on the beat on the music. I love going to Zumba class because it is so much fun. Dancing helps me get fit and I have fun while exercising. Dancing helps my stress because I do not have worry if I get the moves right but, the fun I am having making up the moves. Also my mind becomes clear and I do not worry about my test or assignments during the period time I dance. Playing musical instrument does not seem to a stress reliever to many because the stress to get the song perfect. I play the piano and when I play I focus on the tone of the music. Just the sound of the notes relieves
