Describe Your Role In A Group

1. What was your role in the group? Was this a good role for you? Why or why not? My role in the group was supporter. I believe this was a good role for me because I wasn’t controlling the group, but was making sure that all people ideas were heard.
2. Describe your overall experience in the group. Rank it from 1-5 with 1 being negative and 5 being positive My overall experience was good. The group all showed up to class, so ideas were coming from every group member on an assignment. I would rank my overall experience as a 4.
3. Describe whether people expressed their feelings and opinions. Rank this aspect of the group from 1-5 with 1 being no sharing of feelings and opinions took place and 5 being open sharing of feelings and opinions. I believe group members were able to express their opinion and feelings well. An example of this is on the case paper, we didn’t all have the same ideas for the issues the case would cause, but we were able to focus on certain areas that everyone agreed on. Describe whether group members listened to one another well. Rank this aspect of the group from 1-5 with 1 being no listening to one another and 5 being always listening to one another. Our group members listened to each other very well and we were able to depict all ideas by each team member because we were able to elaborate on what each group member said.
