My leadership or management style would be the Democratic leadership style with adjustments for improvement, which “means that I seek the input from others before I make my final decision”. This allows employees to feel that they have a part in the company and they become more engaged in their work and lets me know if I have loyal employees that are working for me.

The strengths that I posses is, that I am able to multi – task different projects and task at one time. The more I have to do, the better I am able to function and stay occupied. Knowledge of the (EHR) Electronic Health Records System.
Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
Day – to – day billing and correspondence with customers and insurance companies.
Various duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Advanced written and verbal communication skills required: ability to work well with personnel, associates and patients.
Ability to identify problems and evaluate resolutions for a positive outcome.
Highly developed attention to detail and organizational skills critical.
