Describe What Type Of Personality Does This Quiz Identify For You?

1. What type of personality does this quiz identify for you? Provide the 4 letter code. Describe what your code means. Do you agree with this assessment? Why or why not?
The four-letter code provided by the test is ENTJ. If I have to describe the personality under this code, it would be either a pathfinder or organizer. This personality is by nature headed to mix things up and to get ideas going. It seems to be more genuine and power (or impact) hungry. By saying this, I believe the power reveals within myself. It means that I believe myself as a source of power and can rely on myself. I don’t mean that this personality has to be a leader or a natural born leader, although it could be, but this personality has various careers and life paths.

Which code do you think you would find most difficult to manage, and why? Give an example from your experience (work or school).
I believe the code E which stands for Extravert has some difficult parts for me to manage. The description of the Extravert as it was discussed in the OB class stands for “friendliness, gregariousness, assertiveness, activity level, excitement-seeking, cheerfulness.” If I want to pick between them, I would pick cheerfulness. I believe that this personality is very low on me, especially in a workplace. Maybe because I had a challenging life when I was young, and came to Canada as a refugee about 22 years ago.
I have many examples from the workplace. I remember when I used to work at FutureShop as a salesperson, I had direct contact with customers. I was not cheerful enough, which is a key for any salesperson. I often get feedback from my manager to be a little cheerful in order to make better sales; however, the more I tried, the least result I got. I was almost the same with my colleagues there. I am not saying I was bad with customers or my colleagues; I know a key to success is to have a good relationship with both customers and people around you which I have this, but I am always serious with both of them. I tried to be better on this issue, which I was a bit successful during my job at a high-tech company. I know I still have to work on this matter to get better, and have a little fun discussion with both colleagues and customers. I am working on it, and when I look back, I can see a very good improvement on myself, but I still have room for
