Describe The Relationship Between Mr. Hale And St. Clare

Uncle Tom had three owners and these owners had different attitude to the Uncle Tom.

Tom’s first owner is Mr. Shelby and this guy is a good man. He respected all of his slaves and is kind to his slave Tom. Tom looked after Mr. Shelby from he is a child, so Mr. Shelby wanted to give Tom a chance to get liberty. However, Mr. Shelby had a business trouble and then he needed to sell Tom and a child, so it caused Tom had a different life in the future. Therefore, St. Clare bought Tom and let Tom to play with his daughter Eva. Both of Father and Daughter are kind to treat Tom. Tom just needed to be a driver of the horse car and it was also a simple job. St. Clare is also a good guy and is kind to Tom. Moreover, St. Clare wanted to give Tom liberty when he is died. The first owner is Mr. Shelby and he is kind and there is a better end. Although the owner has to sell him he had a happy life and a normal end. Then the St. Clare bought Tom and let him play with Eva and drive the horse car. However, the St Clare wife is a bad woman and she did not want to let Tom had liberty. Therefore, the St Clare experience is one kind of normal life. At the end, the Legree bought him. The man who name is Legree is bad guy and he gave Tom the worst life. Therefore, Tom died at the Legree farming place.

Also, the general theme of the book has a good progression. It shows that the Tom owner is become worse and worse. He has a worse and worse end and worse and worse life. The Uncle Tom’s Cabin has a good process and the book use different owners to show the Tom’s Slavery life. It is a good way to show the period that the slave time’s slave and their bad life or experiences. This point can help reader to be more interested to continue reading this book.
