The four letters associated with my personality type is INTJA, meaning the mastermind. In this personality test, I have discovered that there are a lot more areas to be aware of than I expected. The aspects of my personality type that will help me to become a good leader include: analytical-problem solver, eager to improve system and processes with innovative ideas.
