Describe The Differences Between The Salinity And Temperature In The Open Ocean Deep

This figure shows the data that the lab group on the first cruise recorded. This chart shows the salinity and temperature in the open ocean at different depths. On this cruise the data was recorded at a much deeper depth than on the second one because of the differences in depth between the two. As the conductivity, temperature, and density machine is lowered deeper into the water the more of a thermocline is available for us to see. Not only do we see a thermocline in the temperature on this chart but we also can see a similar one when looking at conductivity
