I just spoke to Enzo about lot 120 Atkinson. Enzo said that the sewer penetration was raised up to get the correct fall for the sewer line.
Enzo had Poole's plumbing to use hydraulic cement to repair the old penetration hole and did not contact the water proofer to waterproof the patch. The patch has several cracks that are now leaking when we get a heave long

Both The Devil and Tom Walker and The Devil and Daniel Webster are examples of stories in which men sell their souls to the devil. Despite their similarities, they show differences in areas including the way the devil is portrayed, the motivations of the men, the actions the men took to regain their souls, and the resolution. The devils in the two stories are portrayed very differently by the authors. In the Devil and Daniel Webster, the devil is portrayed as a well-dressed, persuasive man. He is described as a “soft-spoken, dark-dressed stranger”, (Benét, p. 13) and it is evident in his speech that he is well-mannered and intelligent.…

What do Al Capone, Jesse James, and Ted Bundy all have in common with each other? All these men are infamous criminals in the United States. However, Capone, James, and Bundy each have different reasoning for their actions, but one common pretense aligns them together, desperation for a self-fulling life. Capone was originally poor and became a gangster to provide for himself and a family; James was inspired to loot because of the disorganization of the South and the effects onto the West; Bundy resorted to killing based on his confusing childhood and his fascination with weapons. Evil comes from unlikely sources, but logical reasoning also comes from these bad forces.…

The Devil and Tom Walker is about a money hungry young man who makes a deal with the devil so he can receive Kidd the Pirates ancient treasure, but under certain conditions of course. At first I didn't like the story because honestly, I don't like the thought of the devil being in stories, but that's also what made this story interesting. You see, Tom and his wife were money hungry and they would do anything to get more money to live a better life, even if it meant they would be selling their soul, but in the end I started to really enjoy the story. I eventually liked this story because first off, I feel like not many authors write about the devil and people making deals with him, so I like that this piece is something different. This story actually reminded me of the song The Devil Went Down to Georgia by The Charlie Daniels Band because both stories have to do with making a deal with the devil and risking lives to get something valuable, which in Tom Walker's case, he wanted the treasure, but in the song, Johnny made the deal to get the golden fiddle.…
