I truly and honestly believe that my subordinates would describe me as a compassionate, insightful, and motivating leader. Always willing to help, stepping out of my own way, no matter what the time or occasion, to insure that they will always be taken care of. But, when push comes to shove, I am not afraid to use my corrective action skill set to either punish or correct certain behaviors.

I believe because of my effective leadership style, the job is able to be accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. I believe if you are engaged with your people and push them outside of their comfort zone, not only do they perform at their maximum capacity, they learn something about their self that they didn’t know that they could do.
How would you describe yourself as an NCO?
I would describe myself as an NCO who is constantly striving to be the example for those that I supervise, and those that I do not; a true leader. I hold being an NCO and leader in the same regard because without one you can’t have the other.
How would your supervisor describe you as a NCO?
I believe that my supervisor would classify me as a passionate NCO who performs assigned tasks in timely manner while generating new and productive ideas to help better and accomplish the mission. Also, I believe they may say that I still have some dependent issues. I may rely on them a little too much sometimes when I should be the one asking and answering the tough questions, or performing at that MSgt level.
What are my strengths?
I would have to say that my strengths include; attentions to detail, constant strive, and
