Why I’m interested: i am interested in this because I like eating cheese that is not burnt so if we find the right cheese that browns to a great crisp. And secondly because if we know a good fat percentage that does not burn in the oven and stays crispy and tasty without the charcoal we could use that so we can use that for an enjoying meal without burntness and fat is a really healthy thing to eat on a daily basis.
