The taste of Ginger Candy is sweet slightly spicy, and certainly tasty. In addition Ginger Candy is also very beneficial to warm the body and treat colds. Ginger Candy Ingredients :

- 5 kilograms of ginger that has been peeled
- 4 kilograms of sugar
- 3 kilograms of refined glutinous rice flour
- 1 kilogram of butter
- 1/2 kilogram of cornstarch
- 100 grams of Citric Acid
- Potassium Sorbate to taste
- Sodium Benzoate to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Clean water to taste
