Ginger Candy is candy that already exist at the time of the ancestors of Indonesia. As the name suggests, this candy is made from the basic ingredients of ginger. The taste of Ginger Candy is sweet slightly spicy, and certainly tasty. In addition Ginger Candy is also very beneficial to warm the body and treat colds. This candy should try to maintain your health. Here I describe How To Make Ginger Candy.

Ginger Candy Ingredients :

- 5 kilograms of ginger that has been peeled
- 4 kilograms of sugar
- 3 kilograms of refined glutinous rice flour
- 1 kilogram of butter
- 1/2 kilogram of cornstarch
- 100 grams of Citric Acid
- Potassium Sorbate to taste
- Sodium Benzoate to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Clean water to taste
