If you've been hoping to get into shape for a long time but are still currently in the same condition you were when you began then clearly something needs to change.
Now I'm going to make some assumptions that may or may not be fair, but which are often quite accurate when it comes to working out. The first assumption is that you've probably already bought yourself a ton of equipment and tools - you probably have some dumbbells already for instance, you might have bought a book or two on how to get into shape, and you've probably spent a lot of time reading online. You're no doubt fully aware that you need to eat fewer carbs and particularly simple carbs like cake and chocolate. You probably know that you need to do cardiovascular exercise - press ups and sit ups etc. - and you probably know that you have to lift weights and make your muscles ache in the process. Most importantly you know that you need to start exercising and that you need to not stop until you've finished.
In other words then, if you have ever decided to buy yourself a new training book or do some reading first before you begin exercising, you are actually doing nothing but procrastinating. Of course most of us think of procrastination as reading our e-mail or tidying our room to avoid doing homework, but actually procrastination just means doing anything other than what we should be as a way to delay work.
So when you order a training program or read online how to exercise, what you're actually doing is just delaying the point where you actually have to exercise. When you read online about working out, you get to 'feel' as though you're being proactive in working toward your goal, but without actually having to do the
