Derek Borges – Derek has an extensive background in customer service/sales related roles. He most recently worked for Dial America. They would provide telemarketing services for multiple different organizations. He did gain experience during this time talking with elderly, as he assisted with Medicare phone calls. He left this position to address some medical concerns, but is now able to return to work on a full time basis. Prior to this, he worked a couple of shorter term positions with Musician’s Friend and Insurance Auto Auctions. The position with IAA was a temporary position, and the position with Musician’s Friend fluctuated quite a bit in the amount of hours that they could offer. He worked for 3.5 years with Defender Direct.
