Throughout the late 1930's the Nazi party lead by Adolf Hitler, lead to the German involvement in the Spanish Civil war, and the Anschluss of Austria, this had pushed the British forces to the brink of war. It wasn't until September 3rd 1939 when the Prime Minister of Britain, Neville Chamberlain, declared war on the German Nazi party due to the fact that they had invaded Poland two days in advance. Also it wasn't until December 7, 1941 when the American naval base Pearl Harbor was brutally attacked by the Japanese air forces did America join the fight. This war would be the most devastating war that mankind will have ever seen, it wouldn't just be fought on land, air, and sea, this war will also be fought through the Axis and Allied government

The movie is about a 13th century Jew who mistreated Jesus while he was on his way to the cross and who was condemned therefore to a life of wandering on earth until Judgment Day. Hitler saw it as the Jewish population have been justifiably persecuted by all cultures through out the millennium. The theme of this movie was that the Jewish population was a parasite in a otherwise healthy world, making the holocaust okay to the German government and population. The movie was in theater for about three months and got 5,000 views per day making it one of the biggest propaganda piece done by the German government.
America and Germany are quite alike even though they fought each other in this war because they both used propaganda to create a hatred for a type of people making it justifiable to kill innocent people. Germany did it with The Eternal Jew towards the Jews, while America did it with on a much bigger sale with 87 different movies towards the Axis. Bugs Bunny, "Nips to Nips" is one of the most know cartoon that used propaganda against the "Nips" Japanese. The cartoon depicted the Japanese as dumb, squinty eyed, big tooth kamikaze.
