A method of self-reported questionnaires and clinical interviewing were previewed for research evolution of this study due to the low progress of hyperglycemic status of self-management and high-risk complications. The relative risk factors suggested that the gold standard of the number of current cases of diabetes or clinical depression is capturing positive results. The results supported the hypothesis diabetes –distress and depressive symptom are associated with self-management techniques with patients. Using self-regulation in intervention techniques help target the problems with unwilling beliefs, emotional distress, glycemic control and abilities. Total 161,808 recruited with an informed consent 68,132 participated into clinical trials, and 93, 676 participated into an observational study. 71,809 women and in three years analysis after baseline assessment, researchers discovered the increase in BMI and abdominal circumferences. 1,950 of the sample were showing signs of depressive symptoms from the increase of insulin levels and insulin
