On 11-7-17, Deontoe's teacher (unknown) contacted the reporter concerning Deontoe. Deontoe has been coming to school for over a week smelling like strong pee. Deontoe has no sock on. Deontoe's pants have a big hole on the side. Deontoe does pee in the bed. Deontoe has always had a problem with peeing in the bed. It is unknown if Deontoe's mother (Angela) has taken him to the doctor concerning this. It is unknown if Deontoe has any types of medical conditions that cause him to pee on himself. The reporter stated that: "When Deontoe stays the night at his home, he wakes Deontoe up to used the bathroom." Deontoe does take medication for his ADHD.
