The closer I get to graduating there are at lot of things that starting popping into my head, like what area should I work at, or what kind of dental practice would I like to work for. In addition, I ask myself will I be able to find a job, these keeps me up at night. Nevertheless, I put those questions to rest by making a plan about my future. As a new graduate I have a lot to offer to a dental office, do to my up-to-date education on the latest dental treatments and trends. Therefore, there are several factors to take into consideration when applying to a dental office like what kind of benefits, salary, and working conditions that I will have. However, what I do know is that the office that I hope to work at has the similar values as me.

I believe that I deserve these different variety bonuses, through performance reviews because I always assist others in clinic and approach clinic in an enthusiastic matter. On those ground I regard my salary to be legitimate, on the bases that through my experience, education, productivity, and being bilingual that I should be paid roughly thirty to thirty five dollars an hour. In fact I could be paid that amount, considering that I live in Midtown of Atlanta. Along through my salary is important, another critical portion of working in any dental practice is the type of working conditions. The type of working conditions that are acceptable for any dental professional is that the office complies with Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OHSA). Also, the dental office should have a protocol for accident prevention and accident reporting should be clearly outlined in the manual.
Subsequently, the research that I performed in regards to the type of practice norms of a dental office can correlate with the type of expectations that I have for the area that I live in. Mapping out the expectations that I have for the type of dental practice that I would like to work for helps me prepare myself for any interview that I may encounter, for I now know what I would like to be paid and the type dental office that I would work
