Upon further review of the job description, as well as meeting with the Probation Department staff, I wanted to reiterate my interest further and briefly explain why my skills would be a perfect fit for the Office Support Specialist l role. Attention to Detail as is the key aspect of proofreading documents and data entry. At my current job, one of my biggest responsibilities is reading over documents to make sure what our physicians write match up to our treatment plan. One error can cause our patient to get denied for treatment. As the Administrator for the Center, I have never gotten a denial because of conflicting data.

When I walk into my office I already have a list of priorities and the order in which I must complete them. I usually have some documents that I have to type up so I usually start with that task first. My office is constantly receiving calls all throughout the day. I have to always be conscious of the phone ringing while greeting patients. I have to always be aware of when particular respondents will call and schedule my staff’s day around these calls to make sure that our staff has the most productive day possible. I am responsible for scheduling a range of arrangements. These include but are not limited to patient follow-ups, our Doctor's own appointments, physician phone calls for the coordination of care, scheduling patient appointments for who we refer them to, and scheduling our office meetings.
