Diversity in organization means the variety of differences between peoples in an organization. The diversity describes differences in race, gender, ethnic, age, group, personality, tenure, education, background. Diversity in organization not only helps to understood themselves. But also it helps how they understood others. Those beliefs affect their better interaction between their subordinates in an organization. Not only that the civility of nurses and doctors towards patients increases because of same ethnic group and this may increase the organisation performance also. So the hospital with less demographic representiveness treated patients with less fairness. And the rules of this hospitals having demographic representiveness is comfortable for employees and this leads to higher job satisfaction and less employee turnover ratio. The fourth hypothesis is demographic representativeness is positively related to civility and 5th hypothesis was demographic representiveness is positively related to organisation performance as a result of cavity towards patients. From this hypothesis they surveyed 142 hospitals and after that they reached in a conclusion that if an organisation which do not reflect demographic diversity it will results to negative intergroup behaviour and less organisation performance and also incivility behaviour towards patients. If a global hospital wants to be successful if and only they will overcome the challenges arises due to
