Gaia, the goddess of all life on the planet Earth. She was the first goddess that was created, and not birthed, so she was given the title “Mother Earth”. Just like Demeter, Gaia wanted balance and peace on the planet Earth. Both Demeter and Gaia were able to control parts of the planet Earth with their emotions and feelings. For example, Gaia could completely ruin and tear apart parts of the Earth if she became upset, while Demeter did halt the growing seasons when her daughter Persephone was kidnapped by Hades, the god of the underworld. Although she was not a major goddess, she did share some of the same powers with Demeter and her daughter, Persephone. Antheia was shy and gentle like Demeter. She cared for the Earth as well. Since Antheia was the goddess of flowers, her emotions would trigger certain powers. For example, Antheia left a trail of flowers when she was happy, which was considered a power similar to Demeter’s. Like Demeter, Antheia had nature-based powers. Antheia had flower powers which were like Persephone’s. As well as having powers that were alike, Antheia and Demeter were allies. Demeter knew Antheia from her daughter, Persephone. Persephone and Antheia were both good friends with each other. Although Antheia was a minor goddess, she still shared and had different powers, beliefs, and experiences of both Demeter and
