There are many reasons why I would like to be apart of Delta Sigma Theta. From my first exposure to Greek organizations, Delta Sigma Theta stood out to me amongst the other sororities. As a first generation college student without any prior Greek knowledge I was amazed by Delta Sigma Theta illustration of sisterhood. I admired and still admire the demeanor that a Delta woman presents to the world. In my opinion, a Delta woman exemplifies courage, gratitude, and Intelligence.
After being intrigued by my observation, I had to find out more. As I began to research, I realized Delta provided service to mankind that sparked my interest the most. For example, the Five Point Programmatic Thrust point Physical and Mental Health is something that matters
