Being a leader is valued within the members of Delta Delta Delta. Members are engaged in the greater community by involving themselves in different organizations throughout the USF community. We have members that have started organizations on campus and are leaders in organizations . Danielle Manz brought KidsPack to USF. Danielle is also the captain and the appearance coordinator for Sundolls. Jia Zhang is Ms. USF and is president of a Chinese organization. Niki Freer is on the State Board of Directors for the Florida Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. Ali Kennedy is the founder and president of the EDM club at USF. Ashley Anselmo is the marketing chair for Sundolls. Hannah Patterson was the Panhellenic president.

Members will also announce in chapter meetings about the different events their organizations have going on to inform other members. In order for sisters to attend our date functions and formals, they are required a certain amount of points. To receive points, members appeal different activities that they have done, study more than the required weekly amount, participate in other organizations, attend presentations at USF, and applying to graduate school, to name a few. Delta Delta Delta also gives out monthly values awards at our formal chapter of truth friendship and self-sacrifice. These awards are given to members that stick out to the other members of living up to the values of Delta Delta Delta. External involvement is showcased during our slating process because other members notice the sister’s external involvement and want to bring it to the officers of Delta Delta Delta. The member is chosen through member nomination, so each position is chosen based on what members feel who will do the best
