My daughter was scheduled to fly from Atlanta to Anchorage on December 26th, but was refused boarding due to an error committed by Delta Airlines. I believe I am entitled to a full-refund as this situation was caused directly and solely by Delta Airlines.
My daughter age 14 was traveling as an unaccompanied minor (UM) (per Delta policy), the reservation, also per delta policy, was required to be made with a Delta representative, rather than online.
