"The industry they operate in. Most of it is the industry that they operate in. Regulation. Regulatory issues. Nothing company-specific, it's more regulatory overall. There's a high degree of scrutiny on the industry from a public policy perspective, so it's a potential risk factor. And the industry overall obviously has gotten painted with a negative brush from a customer satisfaction perspective. More their peers, but they're kind of grouped in. That has hurt the overall industry."

"Delta. We like the industry. We think the majority of the companies are undervalued, and we have investments in all of them. But Delta does have the highest, the combination of attractive valuation along with superior operations and continued improvability."

We're believers and we've been early believers that the industry is structurally different than it has been historically, and we do not think that is reflected in the current valuations of the airlines. The cash flow and the profits are much more sustainable than they have been historically, but they're still priced as extremely cyclical business with high risk of very negative scenarios in recessions or in the down cycle."
