Dell does not directly state that they are a moral agent but it can be seen that they are a moral agent through their beliefs and policies. In the code of conduct document on the Dell websites there is a diagram that the company follows to make ethical decisions. First they ask themselves if it is legal. Second, is seeing if it meet the terms of Dell’s policies. Third, is asking if it mirrors the values and ethic of Dell. The last step is inquiring if it respects their people, stakeholders, communities, and the planet. If any of the above four has the answer no they don’t do it, but if they are not certain they go seek help.
