In society, we often have to work with others, ranging from friends to complete strangers. As such, it bets the question, “How do we motivate our teammates?” in the event of being paired together as to deliver the optimum result. Based on personal experience, I would say the main way is to go about it with equality, regardless of hierarchical position within the group. Deliverables should be split evenly amongst all the members of the group, however as a leader, one should go above and beyond to ensure the group is motivated. As it stands, a group of professionals will not achieve their true potential without someone bearing the mantle of leader.
