Health is one of the areas where Delayed gratification can have benefits. Something i researched is that people in this world are becoming more obese. The reason why is the choices some people are making with their lives. People when they are hungry they prefer to eat snacks or food that taste good that have all those calories, fats and sugar. By delaying gratification and by choosing for a more better healthy option. You will gather more awards of delayed gratification by being healthy in your life. You will have more energy to live your life how you want and you will also be sick less. Just like exercising some people don’t like it. They see it as something they have to do. They should try delayed gratification. Go through all the hard stuff
