The factual basis for the admission is as follows: On Friday September 18, 2015 at 2155 hours, Patrol Officers responded to shots fired call located at 7745 Poplar Pike (Co Franklin Park) in Germantown, Shelby County, Tennessee. A thorough investigation revealed the primary suspects to be Dekorio Linwood a.k.a “Gino” and Sadarius Hall a.k.a “Cash” who were responsible for attempting to rob six juvenile subjects who were walking to their vehicle. Mr. Linwood used silver .22 caliber gun during the crime. Mr. Hall possessed a black .25 caliber gun during the crime. Jordan Butler, an acquaintance of Mr. Linwood and Mr. Hall, was in the park during the time of the crime and possessed a black .9 millimeter semi-automatic gun; however, did not engage
