When people think of violence, they usually think of it as bullying and hurting others. When I think of violence, I think of it as a punishment of sinning against the Lord or ISIS bombing that great big beautiful wall Donald Trump will never build. According to Google definitions, violence is a “behavior involving physical force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone or something.”
A sign of bullying is when someone holds up a sign saying, “I am bullying” or something of that sort. For those who think bullying is a prelude to violence, it isn’t, because there are ways around it. For some people, they just laughed or made a legendary comeback to get themselves’ out of trouble , so it's just about the way you handle bullying. …show more content…
As long as the act of violence isn’t serious, like bombing or purposely crashing a plane, just ignore it. People (especially teachers) may tell you to tell a teacher or the authorities, but if you have been put in this situation before, you’ll know that the adults will just talk to the bully. Like how is telling a kid, “it's wrong” gonna stop the bully from bullying ever again?!
If you heard that media promotes violence, (like Donald Trump will say it) “WRONG!” The truth is that the people around you like your parents and the kids in school are the ones promoting violence. Picture this:
-It started as an argument, Fighter A asks “You wanna fight?!”, if Fighter B says yes, he’ll look tough to others, but he’s gonna be risking his body parts and getting in trouble.
-Same scenario here, but if fighter B says no, he’ll be called names by Fighter A, but, he won’t get hurt or in trouble.
So back to the main topic, media doesn’t promote violence, it just gives the fighters some movesets they could use. The movesets can be FALCON PUNCH or
