The definition of trust is having confidence in someone or something. Trust is something that I have earned at my CO-OP placement and am still earning as I go. The past couple of weeks at my placement have been great and the trust between me and my supervisor(s) have grown immensely which makes me unbelievably ecstatic. An example of trust between me and one of my supervisors is when she trusted me with her camera, although it is a small gesture it shows the trust we have built. Another example (from today) was when one of my supervisors trusted me with watching a group of 3 kids at Ripley’s Aquarium (CO-OP students do not run their own group) which shows that she trusts me very much.
