What Counts as Suicide? It’s Not So Easy to Say

1-Provide a brief definition of suicide, and what do you think the reasons that lead some people to do it?
Suicide refers to a person who attempt to kill oneself. The reasons of suicide are depending on a person’s behavior, situations, and circumstances. For example, a person how is not satisfying of his/her life may decide to suicide.

2- If a person tries to commit suicide, are there legal penalties for doing so in the United States? Why?
I think there is no laws opposing suicide or attempting to suicide in the United States. That is maybe because suicide is considered as a part of person’s freedom in the United States.
