The definition of success from Alain de Botton is making a person’s own way, by creating the person's own success on their terms, the book Drive is having motivation and being intrinsically motivated while The Work, an autobiography, he talks about finding his purpose in life, in being success. The different ways people are able to succeed are intrinsically motivated as well as girt family narrative and purpose because it helps the person have drive to be successful in life and work.
