“Prejudice is a learned trait. You're not born prejudiced; you're taught it” (Charles R. Swindoll). Prejudice is a very serious issue that people take lightly all over the world. It can be the cause of discrimination which makes matters much worse. Firstly, this essay will describe the nature and existence of prejudice. Secondly, illustrating how it manifests in our social context with examples, and last but not least, how it can be addressed and prevented.
