Love is all things. Some people say love is wonderful, and some people say it can be complete hell. It really just depends on everything. People can sacrifice so many things for love. Yet, people can gain so many things from love. Love is all things. Love is everywhere, in everything that anyone does. It could be for education, for sacrificing intellectual wise; and also sacrificing physically wise. Love is in everything you do. Even in the things you wouldn't even imagine. It can be from the clouds in the sky, to your school even. Who would've ever imagined in school. If one is in a relationship it can either increase your mental skills or decrease your mental skills. Sometimes. That depends a lot on how the people's relationship …show more content…

A lot of people have admitted that being in a relationship in college is hard. It can either make you, or break you. Almost always there is a lot of jealousy and stress due to school. The relationship can turn south and start going downhill. That is when the love can turn into dangerous love. Dangerous love can also be known as a killer. It can be physical, verbally, mentally and intellectual. All of those are equal in the amount of pain it can cause to a person. It bad enough it can even cause death. This is where many parts of sacrificing for love steps in. One may think that love can overcome everything. And in many cases that is true, but not all the time. People have to consider their future and what would be better for them even if they don't like the outcome of it. If love was easy it would be a lot better for a lot of people. This is not the case though. You have to work at it, and for it. It sucks when people don't get what they want. They can work and work for it but sometimes at the end it just doesn't work. Love makes us create our own reality when the one that is true is not to our liking. The knight in La Belle Dame Sans Merci is smitten with the lady of the meadows to the point where all the knight can do is stare at her exquisite beauty: “I set her on my pacing steed, / And nothing else saw all day long” (Keats 21-22). The knight being blinded by love is similar to how most humans deal with love. We become so engrossed in another person that we stop caring for our needs.…

What is the definition of love? What would motivate a man to stand between his wife and the barrel of a gun or keep a young woman beside the hospital bed of her comatose fiancé? The meaning of love, by definition, “is a feeling of strong or constant regard for and dedication to someone” (Love, Merriam Webster). There are many different versions of love including boyfriends and girlfriends, family, husbands and wives, or best friends. Aside the differences, love can be shown with anyone, including a chemistry type of love or just a, “I love you bud.” With this being said, I don’t believe that love has to get in the way of a boy and girl friendship.…

I believe love is the most significant piece in the puzzle we call life. If you would give a man strength, knowledge and wealth, something would still be missing… love. Love takes many forms us as human can yearn for, whether it be from family, friends or a relation with more of an intimate intent. Through personal experiences and beliefs, along with the reading of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein in class and personal readings of the Human Condition by Hannah Arendt, I came to the conclusion that a person cannot reach their full potential, find happiness or simply live without some type of human connection or love in their hearts. With love in our hearts we can thrive and grow, when love goes absent the heart grows cold and we are brought to a…
