WHO ARE LEADERS?
The simplest definition of a leader is the one who has followers. After all research and analysis of leadership I believe leadership does not have a proper definition to define its complete meaning. Meaning of good leadership can only be understood by understanding the qualities and the role of a leader. The remainder of my paper will discuss about why leaders are different from managers, why people follow leaders, my expectations from my team members as a leader, is leadership learned or innate with examples of some good leaders.

I was in the cricket team of my college and once I was selected as the captain of my team. During the inter college competition I was asked to lead my team from my coach and at that time I understood what qualities a leader expects from his team because I was expecting my team to have an attitude of giving their best efforts, sportsmanship and a fair play because single effort of every player will let team do its best performance in the match. Then while taking decisions I was expecting my all team members to be cooperative and work in coordination. According to my past experience of working as leader and present knowledge I believe if I will become a leader in future my expectations for my team will remain same. Then to make them achieve their goals with companies goal will be my task.
IS LEADERSHIP LEARNED OR INNATE
In my opinion you don’t have to born with leadership qualities they can be attained by the experience. There are so many examples around us like Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King or other famous leaders by whom we get influenced in our life. We need to have patience and open mind to learn these skills and put them in to real life. There are so many aspects of life where we play a role of parent, team leader, and coach or as any other type of leaders. We can apply these skills of leadership in different roles of life to feel confident and proud as a
