B) There are following points which frustrate the creativity and innovation at Schneider Electric is as follows:-
 Bond to create ideas: - This type of behavioral aspects lead to frustration in the creativity. And no innovation comes in the market from Schneider Electric.
 Bond to Pursue Ideas: - Similarly, this type of behavioral aspects also leads to frustration in the creativity. And no innovation comes in the market from them.
 Restriction in making decision: - Also these types of industry have no future in the market because of this factors where there is no liberty to make their own decision. This kind of behavioral lead to frustration in the creativity and no innovation can be expected from Schneider Electric.
 Restriction with the resource of time and money: - Where there is no liberty with the resource like time and money so there we can never think of creativity to come. Because for every creativity there should be availability of resources like time and money which helps in innovation.
