There are many ways to define success. One measures success by accomplishments, and happiness. The definition for success based on the dictionary is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. My definition of success is simply to be happy and love what one is doing. Therefore being a lawyer is an amazing career to be successful in, to grow in, and to be successful.
The job description for being a lawyer is that a lawyer needs to he/she interprets the law in words and actions to protect their client. A Lawyer is a person legally authorized to defend in court for the rights or interest of their clients, and also to dictate on legal issues that are consulted. Work is the human effort, physical or intellectual, done to obtain what one desired. To be a lawyer one does not need to take home their work unless one wants to, but it is not required. Take home work is exclusively done in the outside time of the regular hours. the lawyer if it desires to take home work can start and finish when they desire as long as they maintain their day on task during working hours. Being a Lawyer will always be relevant because machines and computers will never be able to think as a human being and will not be able to put themselves in other peoples shoes. Computers will have all the information needed to win a case without making any research. The human being will have to make some research to keep their memory fresh in some cases. Machines will never truly take this job because we need human reason and human judgment to be able to understand. The one thing machines will never be able to do is to understand. The definition of understand is to perceive the intended meaning of words, language, or speaker. A machine will never be able to do this because they only hear sound waves that become words, they don’t understand what the people are trying to say. This one reason that being a lawyer will always be relevant. A lawyer doesn’t only work on cases, they also help people, they help society, and settle disputes. Lawyers help people by allowing them to speak their point of view and if they are innocent they are to be let go. Lawyers also help society by putting away the bad people behind bars when they are convicted of anything. Lawyers also settle disputes between regular people such as for example: a couple is getting divorce; the lawyer will help that couple settle who will get what, therefore making the divorce
