We sit on the comfy couches of our cozy homes and watch nature documentaries. This discourages them subconsciously, so the upcoming encounter with anxiety is more grievous than the previous. The prey want to be relieved of this confinement by having an anchor, someone to keep them company while they are being isolated, but they are not given that because of a simple misconception.
What makes anxiety classified as insignificant when compared to depression? They both have destructive tendencies that are long-term. Why is anxiety not given the attention needed to help reduce it in our world? Masses of people suffer from anxiety, including the people that are least suspected, but they are not acknowledged. How should they be approached? Victims tend to respond to actions more than what is said to them, so let them know that they have support through obliging gestures.
Anxiety is not just about over thinking, stress, or fear, but also the containment of the mind, the restriction of communication with our bodies and the outside world. I am hopeful that some day anxiety has a way to be prevented and everyone will be aware of the telltale signs of the disorder. It would be helpful to the prey of confinement if everyone were informed of the instruction manual to release them from their leg
