What Makes a Hero? Heroes are everywhere in the world. They are not only decorated war soldiers or law enforcement officers; heroes are everyday people in our lives. When a person has integrity it makes them into someone that people can trust and put their faith in. Honesty and Integrity are excellent qualities to hold because they allow others to trust you. I believe integrity is important because even if a person is by themselves, you can still trust that they will be honest and do what is morally correct. In my opinion, someone who has integrity will do what is right even if everyone else disagrees with them. This is true because if people are trusting someone and they betray their trust, it can be very hard to get that kind of thing back.
Lastly, I believe heroes should have bravery. “We cannot succeed when half of us are held back. We call upon our sisters around the world to be brave, embrace the strength within themselves and realize their full potential.” (Malala). I believe when Malala said this she was absolutely correct. When reading this quote, I interpreted it as saying that we can ask someone to be brave and strong, and they might succeed, but one will never know their full potential unless they find this bravery
