We usually think of stressors as being negative, such as an exhausting work schedule or a rocky relationship.
However, anything that puts high demands on you can be stressful...Of course, not all stress is caused by external factors. Sometimes, stress is something we think we can’t ever get rid of but there’s ways to prevent it so you have less possible stress in your life. People who take care of themselves have not as much stress. Eating healthy is a major part when it comes down to stress. Food is my relaxation and eating something healthy makes me feel good because I take in mind that if I eat healthy I don’t have to stress about gaining as much weight as I would with junk food. A well balanced meal is always my go-to when I feel stressed. Talking to others really helps relieve stress and whatever is on your mind. Sharing your problems or thoughts and letting out how you feel really helps.You can talk to your parent/guardian, friends, counselor, a doctor or even a pastor at church.
