Definition Essay: What Is Leadership To Me?

Whenever you ask people to define leadership you get a lot of different answers, because people have different perspective of leadership. Leadership to me is someone who is able to influence me in a positive manner, someone I fell comfortable working for, and have no problem with motivation when doing what I’m task to do. Leadership is someone who presents confident in what they are doing, and that confident allows you to believe in them. A manager and a leader are two different individuals, a manager is someone who fills the position and enforces rules, a leaders is someone who can get his subordinates to do the things he needs without having to enforce any rules. Every leader can be a manager, but not every manager can be a leader.
