After watching Robert Waldinger’s conference about Harvard’s 75-year old study of happiness I came to a conclusion, the same as his. “Good relationships keeps us healthier and happier and loneliness kills (Waldinger, 2018).” As said before, the people with whom you build relationships with impact your happiness; if not your whole life. The 75-year old study reaffirms that positive, healthy, and loving relationships are excellent for your happiness and even your health ("Happiness & health", 2018). We need to realize that happiness depends greatly on those close relationships, a quick fix, something that will make us happy and keep us that way does not exist.
