I believe there is a hero in all of us, so to define the word “hero” is sort of difficult. A hero can be a kind man holding the door open for a girl with her hands full. A hero can be a young girl who decides to donate her shrunken clothes instead of throwing them away. Some people think our society overly tosses the word “hero” around; however, I believe everyone is capable of being a hero. In fact, I believe everyone is a hero, in one way or another. A hero is courageous, selfless, and has strength.
First, a human being is not the only creature that can possess courage. For example, Milo the kitten saved Glover, her boyfriend, and their roommate from a house fire. This kitten with a lion’s heart woke Glover awake to alert her about the fire.
