Diversity means more than just having a variety of something, mostly people. It means opportunity, hope, ** ever since the dawn of time there has been prejudice, racism, skepticism and other powerfully atrocious words against different types of people, from skin color to gender identity. For a long time, the world has made people think that there are one superior race and gender in more than a few cases. Unfortunately, because of these *** it threatened the hope and possibility of diversity to those who were considered "less" of what they were or what they could be.
