Definition Essay: The Different Types Of Anger

Anger is “a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility.” There are multiple different causes to why someone may be angry. They could be angry in a bad way or even in a good way. Sometimes when someone gets too angry they may need to seek medical help. I will explain to you the causes, different types of anger, and when someone may need to seek that medical help. People often experience bad anger, the most common kind of anger, however they also can experience good anger. Bad anger is the unhealthy kind of anger. This type of anger may originate from an irritation or something that displeases you. When you are experiencing unhealthy anger or bad anger you may begin to be ecstatic when you see others fail or feel angry when someone doesn’t give you all of their attention practically immediately after you attempt to gain their attention. Good anger is healthy. Healthy anger happens when someone needs to share why they are angry, for example, you planned to get up early to do a morning run and you get angry with yourself because you overslept, when this happens you may be motivated in a positive to try again the next day.
Anger is caused by so many different things. According to an anger self assessment I took, I scored an 8 which means I am in between being prone to anger problems and average angry feeling. Some of the reasons why

Everyone gets angry, it is a part of life. Although I still do believe that if someone gets angry often they need to start taking time to have “me time”. “Me time” is time to yourself to think and do something that makes you feel good. I believe that this time is extremely important for someone that experiences anger, or stress. I believe that anger is one of the most important emotions for someone to pay attention to and everyone should learn about anger to find out what is the right amount of anger to have and what they should do to help them
