Success “See your goal, understand the obstacles, create a positive mental picture, clear your mind of self-doubt, embrace the challenge, stay on track, and show the world you can do it.” That was a guideline for success that was given to me while in high school by a parent of a close friend. There have been many times where I doubted myself and didn’t think I would succeed but I have. The last two years of my high school career, test I was attending cosmetology classes and when it was time to take my state board test I second guessed my test, but I ended up one of the few in my class to pass during the first time around. The thing about the different meanings is that they all have a great connection… Reaching a goal. Infants have the unknown goals of walking, talking, and being potty trained; once they have achieved all of those they have succeeded as an infant. As an elementary student there are goals of progressing one’s knowledge in school and in life; Children look at completing grade levels and moving on to higher learning as success. As one grows, they have new goals to make and succeed. The older one gets, the harder life is, the more goals they must set so that they will succeed and not get stuck and left …show more content…
To build success you must start from the beginning; it is never handed to you. To some success comes easy, but some work all their lives to achieve their goals. The only way to success is to never give up no matter how hard things get and no matter how long the path to success may be. If you strive to be a nurse stay committed, no matter how long it takes. If you want to be a teacher don’t let people change your mind. Follow your heart, chase your dreams, and turn them into goals so that you will be successful. Never leave those behind who have helped
